By using DrakeUp, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DrakeUp add-in in accordance with your chosen subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise).
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our add-in. You may not use DrakeUp for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
DrakeUp is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the tool, including but not limited to loss of data or presentation errors.
